The Professional Development Institute of California
provides the highest quality services to families and programs throughout the state.
PDIC was established in 2011 with a mission to help all children be successful by providing them the opportunity to be taught by the most highly educated individuals in their area of need.
Every member of our team has a degree, extensive training, and experience. We want children to gain academic, social, and personal success through one on one instructional time with a highly educated professional with expertise in their field.
We assist you in implementing direct intervention, and provide you with educational consulting. We also provide in home speech and occupational therapy.
We are on a mission to change the way California helps all children. Many private agencies assign the least educated staff to work with your child, while being supervised by a higher educated individual. We think the person working directly with your child should be highly educated, and have extensive training.

Service Models For Programs
We provide Early Education & Youth Programs with staff development opportunities, 1:1 teacher training, and consulting experiences to meet the unique needs of their students and staff.
We also work with programs to promote inclusion of students with special needs, and support students with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Speech & Occupational Therapy Services
Speech services can begin with a screening for communication and swallowing disorders, and continue with assessment and diagnosis, intervention and treatment.
They can provide necessary treatment for:

Occupational Therapy focuses on promoting health and by enabling individuals to perform meaningful and purposeful activities. They also begin with an assessment, followed by diagnosis, intervention and treatment.
